Refund Policy

Cancellation Fees and Refund Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable).

If cancelled by:

15 April 2018, there is a $300 cancellation fee
1 May 2018, there is a $500 cancellation fee
15 May 2018 or later, there are no refunds and the full tuition amount will be paid.

Front Row will refund all funds minus the cancellation fee listed above. No refunds will be given after 15 May 2018.

Instead of cancelling, you may elect to apply your total payments towards the next year’s workshop. If so, you will be enrolled in our 2019 Pre-Registration and sent an email in the fall of 2018 to select your workshop dates. If you choose to cancel your enrollment and not attend a 2019 program, the cancellation fees above will still apply.

If an application is rejected or if space in the program is not available, all deposits/payments will be refunded in full.
